Successful conference in Denmark

The conference Novel strategies for Climate Mitigation, Sustainability and Healthy Eating in Public Foodscapes was arranged by the research group for Food, People & Design at Aalborg University, in collaboration with the iPOPY project group.

The conference focused on the role and responsibility public food planners have in terms of providing healthy and climate friendly choices and assuring sustainable food consumption. The conference had a special focus on large scale food supply chains in schools and at events.

In connection to the conference, the iPOPY project group arranged a meeting for the Danish and Norwegian user groups, as well as a project meeting.

The iPOPY project group gathered at Aalborg University, Ballerup Campus.
